Refund policy

At Pseudo, we are comitted to providing our customers with high-quality products and services. As such, we have a no refund policy. All sales are final and are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues: In the event that you recieve a defective or damaged item, or if you recieve the wrong item, please ispect your order upon reciept and contact us immediately. We will work with you to correct the issue.

False Chargebacks: Please not that false chargebacks are not allowed and will result in action being taken against the customer. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who files a flase chargeback.
